  I recently switched doctors because I was dissatisfied with my doctor. My husband still goes there. I called this morning to get an appointment for my husband. After going through his symptoms, answering lots of questions and helping spell CPAP while the office person typed a missive of what I was reporting I was transferred to a nurse. I was asked once again to go through everything that I had just reported to office staff. After going through everything again I was told there were no appointments available today and that we should go to Urgent Care. I was so annoyed, why didn’t they tell me there were no available appointments? What a waste of my time.
